Weight Management Course
A 6-week course combining diet, nutrition and fitness to help you lose weight. These can be tailored to your workplace or to cater for individuals/groups needs. Previously run in gyms, the community and corporately.
Cook Well Eat Well Course
This is a 4 week course looking at cooking healthy food on a low income. Courses are always very popular and have been run in a variety of community and school settings. An exciting alternative for an extended schools session or a community project. Grants are available to run these.
Each week participants learn to cook a different meal and are then given the ingredients to take home and cook the meal for their family. There is also a discussion and activity session based around healthy eating each week.
Nutrition Tips for the Personal Trainer
As a fitness instructor and a previous nutrition tutor for Future Fit Priya is able to run Nutrition courses designed for your gym and business. From one hour seminars to 1 day courses a variety of topics can be offered to help your personal trainers improve their knowledge and stay on top in the nutrition world.
